Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll take care of it.

Standard Returns

Changed your mind? You may return unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to request a return authorization number.

Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer)
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Clearance & final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
