Shipping

For services requiring you to send an item to us, shipping instructions will be provided after purchase. Please follow those instructions before shipping your item.

Compatibility

If you're unsure about compatibility of your equipment (e.g. slide, optic) and the requested service, message us through Pewcentric before placing your order.

Custom Work & Cancellations

Custom machining, finishing, engraving, and other work performed specifically for your item generally cannot be returned once completed. If you need to change or cancel an order, message us through Pewcentric as soon as possible.
